This Personal Data Processing Policy (the «Policy») governs how personal data of users of the SN Estate website at https://sn-estate.com (the «Website») is processed, in accordance with applicable personal data protection law, including Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data» of the Russian Federation.

By using the Website and submitting request forms, the user consents to this Policy and to the processing of their personal data as described below.
2. Data we collect
Via Website forms (property-matching requests, object-page forms, file uploads) users may provide: name; phone number; e-mail; country; preferred messengers; purchase budget; property preferences; property links; attached files.
Automatically, via Yandex Metrica analytics and technical cookies, anonymised data is collected: IP address, browser type and version, device type, pages visited, visit time, selected display currency. Technical cookies (currency, matching parameters) are used solely for Website operation.
3. Purposes
Data is processed to: handle user enquiries and requests; match properties and send offers; respond on foreign real-estate purchases; improve the Website and keep anonymised visit statistics.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the data subject’s consent expressed by submitting a Website form, and on performance of contractual obligations where a transaction is concluded.
5. Processing and storage
Processing includes collection, recording, storage, use, deletion and destruction. Data is stored and processed in the Russian Federation (RF-based hosting). Retention lasts until the purposes are fulfilled or consent is withdrawn; afterwards data is destroyed or anonymised.
6. Disclosure
The controller does not disclose personal data to third parties except as required by law. Messenger buttons lead to third-party services; by following them the user shares data with those services’ operators at their own discretion.
7. Cookies and Yandex Metrica
The Website uses technical cookies required for operation and Yandex Metrica for anonymised statistics. Continued use of the Website constitutes consent to cookies. Cookies can be disabled in browser settings, though some Website features may become unavailable.
